Annual Yoga Day on November 18th 2018 is the day on which all the teachers and students of Vasudeva Kriya Yoga from all the centres get together to participate in a Yoga session together and share their feedback. It is a chance for everyone to know each other and feel that they are part of a bigger Yoga family.

In addition, this time we are excited to announce our first ever Kids Yoga Competation. The agenda for the day is as follows.

3pm to 4:30pm – Kids Yoga Competation
4:30pm to 6:30pm – General Yoga Class
6:30pm to 7:30pm – Feedback and Dinner

We are taking this opportunity raise funds for the flood victims of Kerala and Karnataka. This is a free event, but generous donations are welcome.

This event is not just limited to students and teachers of Vasudeva Kriya Yoga, but is open to public to all who are interested in Yoga. We encourage you to extend this invitation to at least one friend or family to introduce them to Yoga.
