I have been associated with VKY for over 4 years now . Having attendee intense yoga since its inception in Dec 2022 took up teacher training and became a teacher 2 years back . Becoming a volunteer teacher at VKY has given back to me more than I have give it ! It has opened up a dimension that never existed and deepens my practice . Thanks to guruji and other fellow yogis at VKY for constant support and encouragement. I have learnt yoga from a very young age and the practice has been with me on and off throughout. I have had the opportunity to learn from many teachers and my teaching definitely has a mix of all my learnings throughout my yoga journey.
