Terms and Conditions 1. Media Release & Consent By agreeing to these terms, you grant Vasudeva Kriya Yoga Inc. and its licensees or assignees the following rights: Usage Rights: Permission to use photographs, videos, drawings, or any other reproductions/adaptations of you. Scope: These materials may be used in part or in full, alone or with other wording, for purposes including publicity, merchandising, and editorial use worldwide. Representation: Unless otherwise agreed, any media used will be deemed to represent an imaginary person. Ownership: You acknowledge that you hold no interest in the copyright of these materials and will not receive any payment for their use. Amendments: Any changes to these media release terms must be agreed upon in writing by all parties. 2. Risk Warning & Waiver of Liability Participation in Yoga involves inherent risks. You acknowledge and agree to the following: Inherent Risks: You understand that Yoga involves dangers and hazards. Participation may result in injury or illness, including but not limited to strains, fractures, paralysis, or even death. +1 Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks and full responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from your participation. Indemnity & Release: You release, waive, and hold harmless Vasudeva Kriya Yoga Inc. and its members from all claims (including negligence) or losses for bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death. Future Claims: You specifically waive any claims or actions you may have now or in the future. 3. Health & Participant Responsibility Medical Disclosure: You are responsible for informing your instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect your training. Ongoing Health: If you develop any medical conditions or injuries during your course of training, you must inform your instructor immediately. Medical Advice: You agree to follow all instructions provided by your doctor. 4. Final Declaration By checking the "I Agree" box, you certify the following: +1 You are over 18 years of age (or have provided evidence of parental/guardian consent). You have read and understood the Risk Warning, Waiver, and Indemnity. You agree to abide by all Yoga center rules, regulations, and policies (Cancellation, Refunds, and Privacy) as posted on the noticeboard and website. The information you have provided is true, and you are joining these classes voluntarily.
